Orders and Shipping

Orders place prior to our order cutoff time of 6:00 pm EST will typically ship within 24 hours. You can generally expect your order to arrive within 2-7 business days from the date your place your order.

You can create a customer account by visiting the my account page.

On the checkout page you can identify the shipping address that you would like your order delivered to. If you realize a mistake after placing your order please notify us by email immediately at orders@northerngrower.com to request a change. If the order has already been processed unfortunately there is not a way to change your shipping address. Please make sure you enter the correct info on the checkout page. We will keep your credit card information on file in accordance with our privacy policy. 

Orders can be placed tax free in most states. If you are shipping to Rhode Island we must charge state sales tax.

International shipping may be available for certain manufacturers. Please contact us at contact@northerngrower.com prior to placing an international order to ensure we will be able to fulfill. Please note that there are additional shipping charges, duties, and taxes that must be paid by the customer.

Whenever possible your items will be shipped in one package. However, please be aware that depending on warehouse availability and location items my be shipped in separate packages on different days. View our full shipping policy for more.

Returns and Exchanges

Most items can be returned within 30 days. Please review our full return policy here.

As soon as you notice the error please reach out to us via email at orders@northerngrower.com or by phone at 1-888-863-8565 We will be happy to assist you in returning the item and replacing it with the correct item.

As soon as possible please contact us to initiate a return and replacement of your item.

As soon as the error is discovered please contact us via phone or email at orders@northerngrower.com to let us know of the error. As long as the order has not been processed we can change your shipping address details. If the order has already been processed we are unable to make any changes.

Orders are typically processed within 4 hours of placement. If you have placed an order and need to cancel for any reason please contact us prior to that time.

If there is an item that is sold out please contact us at orders@northerngrower.com We can either place you on a waiting list for the item or suggest a suitable substitute.

What Happens After You Place an Order?

Step 1: Confirmation and Pre-authorization

When you place an order you will automatically receive a confirmation email to let you know that we have received your order. This is also to let you know that we have pre-authorized your payment.

As soon as we receive your order we also automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that the item is available for shipment. If your item is unavailable or on backorder we will automatically cancel your transaction and reach out to you via email. If the item is available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process your payment and request shipment.

Step 2: Order Shipment

If your item is in stock and we process your payment your item will be shipped within 5 days (usually much sooner). We will send you shipment tracking information within 24 hours to the email you entered while checking out.

Your order will be shipped via ground shipping methods and delivery time will be dependent on the carrier. If you require expedited shipping methods please contact us BEFORE placing your order.

If you contact us to make changes to your order after the order has shipped we will not be able to accommodate you. If the item is undeliverable as a result you will be responsible for shipping charges both ways as well as up to a 30% restocking fee.

Step 3: Enjoy Your Product

We hope that you are thoroughly satisfied with the items that you ordered. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items or they arrive damaged you may be able to return to us within 30 to 90 days depending on manufacturer. Please see our full return policy here for more information.
