Returns Information and Eligibility:
Thank you for shopping with NorthernGrower.com! You may return most unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on special order items, nutrients (liquid and powder), trimming machines, lamps, grow tents, or harvest tools.
Please retain all original packaging until you are satisfied with the condition and performance of the item(s) purchased. Doing so will make returning the items easier if necessary. All returns should be placed in a plain brown box to protect the manufacturers packaging.
Unopened Returns Within 30 days of Purchase:
Unopened items shipped from NorthernGrower.com may be returned within 30 days of purchase in most cases. Some items have different policies or requirements for authorized return. We will issue a refund less shipping and restocking fees (where required) once items have been received and inspected by the warehouse. All refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable. Any orders cancelled after shipment are considered unopened returns and will be subject to shipping and restocking fees if applicable.
All returns must first be authorized by NorthernGrower.com Any unauthorized returns will not be accepted and will be returned to sender. To obtain return authorization you must email email@example.com within 30 days after purchase. Once the return has been approved by NorthernGrower.com we will provide you with instructions and return address for returning your item(s).
Unopened Return Standards:
- Items must be in new, unused, resalable condition, and in the original, undamaged manufacturers packaging and placed inside of a plain brown box (over box). Do not send back in manufacturers packaging without over-boxing.
- Must be free from scratches, dents, or other cosmetic defects
- Must not have been used or installed in any way
- Must include all original manufacturer paperwork, brochures, instructions, accessories, cords, etc.
NorthernGrower.com reserves the right to refuse a return of any item that is not in like-new, unused condition. Additionally, returns may be refused due to damaged or missing manufacturers original packaging and other items. Manufacturers packaging must be protected by an outer plain brown shipping box.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs for sending the returned item(s) to the instructed warehouse location in the same condition the item(s) were delivered to you in. We always recommend insuring your return package through the carrier of your choice. In the unfortunate event your return package is lost, damaged, or stolen in transit back to the warehouse, NorthernGrower.com is not responsible.
