While every effort is made to correctly calculate shipping costs during checkout, there are some special circumstances that may prevent proper calculation. If this should occur, NorthernGrower.com will notify you of any additional shipping charges you will incur. If we notify you of additional shipping charges, you will have the right to modify or cancel your order for a full refund.
As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. Please check your spam box if you have not received your confirmation. If you have not received order confirmation within two days of order submission, please contact us by email or phone. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. In the RARE occasion that your item(s) are on backorder or unavailable we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 1-5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
Order cut-off time is 2:30pm EST/EDT. If an order is placed after this time it is considered as placed the next business day. If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within 1-5 business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order feel free to follow up with us at firstname.lastname@example.org Free shipping offers only apply to destinations in the lower 48 contiguous states. Multiple item orders may be shipped separately and on different days.
Shipping to an Alternate Address:
Orders with different billing and shipping addresses may require longer processing times due to additional verification procedures. The added verification and processing time is in an effort to protect our customers and NorthernGrower.com from online fraud in a card absent environment.
Providing inaccurate or false information may result in additional delays as we attempt to verify the provided information.
Some items from NorthernGrower.com require a signature at delivery due to the value and nature of the contents. These guidelines will not be overruled by customer request. Please understand that this is to ensure the safe delivery of our shipments to the correct recipient and to guarantee excellent service to you. Many of our third-party shipping carriers require a signature upon delivery to prevent against fraud and theft.
You will be responsible for full freight charges and applicable fees going both ways and a minimum 20% restocking fee for shipments that are refused for any reason other than order damage during transit or if the shipping error was made by NorthernGrower.com
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. Report any damage to the courier to create a claim. If your item(s) do arrived damaged please send photos to email@example.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Cancellations or Change to Order:
Changes to your order (including cancellation or other adjustments) must be made within 4 hours of order confirmation time. Any requests to change or cancel order must be made via phone or live chat so we have sufficient time to stop shipment. If you have already received an order tracking number we are unable to cancel the order or make changes. Please note that while we will do our best to catch your order to make changes, we cannot guarantee this. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for any and all actual return shipping charges.
